Update 1.01: Minor bug fix & Small feature
- The tilted dirt will be shown as watered on rainy day.
- Add item notetags to help section of the DSI-ActionableToolingSystem.
- Add notetag: <non upgradeable tool>. This should not allow you to upgrade the item with this notetag.
